One major stroke of luck/fate was a friend (virtually) introducing me to Claire Dinsmore. Incidentally I might be one of the only people on the group who has never actually met you in person Claire!  This didn’t make any difference to the instant connection, easy banter, trust and genuine interest that I felt from you. From the very beginning Claire really cared about helping me help myself and was able to motivate me in a way I had never experienced before. Having procrastinated for many a year I started joining some of the Bloom’n FIT crew for workouts and really enjoyed them and even attempted EDIM last May. Thanks to the Saudi sisters for being in it together. It had been a tricky couple of years for me and making time for myself wasn’t always high on the priority list. I wasn’t always consistent and there was (and still is) room to improve  but something had already changed and when the chance to join the Whole Woman Approach 1.0 came along I was well up for it.  On that, firstly a massive congratulations to you Claire for creating such an amazing programme. It was well-planned, well-structured, well-researched and well-delivered. You should be very proud of yourself. Honestly you are an inspiration and your energy,  authenticity and genuine empathy for the group as a whole and for us as individuals, together with your unwavering encouragement made it so enjoyable and makes me want to keep trying and to be more consistent! I learned so much and the pace and duration of the programme means that those things have actually stuck. I do believe things happen for a reason and being part of this tribe during 2021 has been both a blessing and a real pleasure. As I readjust to life back in the UK - with Jerry still abroad for the foreseeable future - I will pull hard on our shared experience to see me through and I feel different - in a good way - better equipped, and stronger for it. Thanks to all of you amazing strong women for being part of the journey and thank you Claire. I look forward to a time when we can actually meet in person and maybe allow ourselves just a little bit of liquid sugar.

Claire - although the twelve weeks are over, the program will definitely continue for me and I’m so so grateful for the immense effort you put into creating something so profound and effective. It is exactly what I was looking for and needed and it has given me so much confidence to confront the future every single day. I am still catching up with the program and documenting all the lectures and workouts in one place so I can start again in January. This was my most intense 4 months for work, which is probably why I fell sick for several weeks as well, but this program pushed me through and I’m so excited to see what it will continue to do for me in the future. I’ve said this before but you have a real talent- with your words and workouts! And I’m so excited to eventually have you closer to my time zone! Wishing all the women on this program all the best in keeping it up and staying healthy and happy in the future.

What has Claire's 12 weeks done for me.

-I now get 8 hrs of sleep as I have a bedtime routine

- My fruit intake is daily

- I eat a breakfast (previously I did not).

- My portion sizing is more appropriate.

- I excerise and enjoy it.

- I get outside every day to get free vit D hit.

- My body is smaller, waist reduced by 3.5 inches,  hips reduced by 1.5 inches, chest by 1.5 inches, thighs by 2 inches.  Never weighed myself either.

- I feel ok if I the day or week goes hay wire as I know I join back in when ready.

 

Claire, I am so glad to count you as a friend, coach, and advisor.  You reached out to allow me start this journey and pushed me to stay on track and continue it as a life choice.
